Per-room, per-square-foot, and whole-house pricing — plus the variables that move the number.
Typical 2024 ranges: $3–$6 per sq ft for walls only, $5–$9 per sq ft including ceilings and trim. A 2,000 sq ft home runs $4,000–$9,000 depending on prep, ceiling height, and trim detail.
