Commercial Painting
After-hours interior and exterior painting with zero disruption to your operations.

About commercial painting
Commercial painting is fundamentally different from residential — it has to happen around your operations, your customers, and your liability insurance. Our commercial crews work overnight, on weekends, and in occupied spaces with full containment.
We handle retail, restaurants, offices, warehouses, hotels, and medical facilities. Every project comes with a dedicated PM, daily progress reports, and a schedule built around your operating hours.
What's included
- Dedicated project manager and crew lead
- After-hours and weekend scheduling at no upcharge
- Full containment with plastic walls and HEPA-filtered fans
- Low-VOC paints for occupied spaces
- Daily progress reports with photos
- Coordination with your facilities team
- COI on file with $2M general liability
Our process
- 1
Free in-home estimate
A senior estimator walks the project with you, measures the scope, and returns an itemized fixed-price quote — usually within 24 hours.
- 2
Surface prep
We patch, sand, caulk, and prime every surface to the manufacturer's spec. Prep is what makes a finish last — we don't cut it short.
- 3
Premium application
Two finish coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald or Benjamin Moore Aura, applied by master painters using sprayers, brushes, and rollers matched to each surface.
- 4
Walkthrough & warranty
You inspect the finished work alongside the crew lead. Anything you flag gets touched up on the spot — then your 10-year workmanship warranty kicks in.
