+How is this different from a hardware-store epoxy kit?

Kits are typically 30–50% solids water-based epoxy with no top coat. We use 100% solids commercial epoxy with a urethane top coat. Service life is 10+ years vs 1–3 for kits.

+Will hot tires lift it?

No. 100% solids epoxy plus a urethane top coat is fully hot-tire resistant. This is the same system used in commercial shops.

+Do I need to move everything out?

Yes — the garage needs to be completely empty for grinding and coating. We give you a full empty-out checklist.

+What's included in the warranty?

Every job carries our 10-year workmanship warranty. If the finish peels, blisters, or cracks within ten years, we return and re-coat the affected area at no charge.

+What paints do you use?

Sherwin-Williams Emerald and Benjamin Moore Aura by default. Zero-VOC alternatives (Natura, Harmony) are available at no upcharge.
