Brick & Masonry Painting
Breathable mineral-silicate paints for brick, block, and stone.

About brick & masonry painting
Brick is the trickiest substrate to paint well. Standard latex traps moisture inside the brick and peels within years. Mineral-silicate paints chemically bond to the brick and let it breathe — which is why they last 20+ years on European cathedrals.
Our masonry crews use mineral-silicate or breathable masonry paints — never standard latex — on brick, block, and stone. The finish is permanent, washable, and won't trap moisture.

Why homeowners choose us
Chemically bonds to brick
Mineral-silicate paint reacts with the brick to form a permanent bond. It won't peel like latex does.
Breathable
Moisture inside the brick can escape through the paint film, preventing trapped moisture damage.
20+ year life
Properly applied mineral-silicate paint on brick lasts decades. It's the standard for historic European masonry.

Frequently asked questions
+Can painted brick be unpainted?
Mostly no — once brick is painted, removal is extremely difficult and expensive. This is a permanent decision.
+Won't paint trap moisture in the brick?
Standard latex will. Mineral-silicate paint is breathable — that's why we only use it on masonry.
+Do you also do limewash?
Yes — limewash is a popular high-end finish on brick. We apply it as a separate decorative service.
+What's included in the warranty?
Every job carries our 10-year workmanship warranty. If the finish peels, blisters, or cracks within ten years, we return and re-coat the affected area at no charge.
+What paints do you use?
Sherwin-Williams Emerald and Benjamin Moore Aura by default. Zero-VOC alternatives (Natura, Harmony) are available at no upcharge.
+Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed in every state we serve, with $2M general liability and workers' comp on every crew.
