Pressure washing is the most-skipped step in exterior painting — which is exactly why we include a free soft-wash with every exterior paint quote. Clean substrate means paint that actually adheres.

We also do standalone pressure washing for siding, decks, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and concrete. Soft-wash for fragile substrates, high-pressure for concrete and stone.

+Is pressure washing safe for vinyl siding?

Yes — when done with soft-wash technique. We use low pressure and a surfactant; high pressure can drive water behind siding.

+Do you kill algae or just rinse it?

We pre-treat with sodium hypochlorite to kill algae and mildew at the root. Rinsed-only algae grows back in months.

+Will it damage my plants?

We pre-rinse landscaping with fresh water and cover sensitive plants. Any runoff is heavily diluted by then.

+What's included in the warranty?

Every job carries our 10-year workmanship warranty. If the finish peels, blisters, or cracks within ten years, we return and re-coat the affected area at no charge.

+What paints do you use?

Sherwin-Williams Emerald and Benjamin Moore Aura by default. Zero-VOC alternatives (Natura, Harmony) are available at no upcharge.
