Stucco Painting
Elastomeric coatings that bridge hairline cracks and seal moisture out.

About stucco painting
Stucco moves. It expands, contracts, and develops hairline cracks every year. Regular exterior paint cracks right along with it — which is why stucco needs an elastomeric coating that flexes and seals.
Our stucco crews patch every visible crack, prime bare areas, and apply two coats of elastomeric paint that bridges hairline cracks up to 1/16" wide. The result is a waterproof, decade-long finish.

Frequently asked questions
+Why elastomeric instead of regular exterior paint?
Stucco moves with temperature and humidity. Regular paint cracks along the stucco; elastomeric flexes with it and bridges hairline cracks up to 1/16".
+How long will it last?
Properly applied two-coat elastomeric on stucco typically lasts 10–15 years before needing a recoat.
+Can you change the color of my stucco?
Yes — elastomeric is fully pigmented. You can go from beige to white, dark to light, or any combination.
+What's included in the warranty?
Every job carries our 10-year workmanship warranty. If the finish peels, blisters, or cracks within ten years, we return and re-coat the affected area at no charge.
+What paints do you use?
Sherwin-Williams Emerald and Benjamin Moore Aura by default. Zero-VOC alternatives (Natura, Harmony) are available at no upcharge.
+Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed in every state we serve, with $2M general liability and workers' comp on every crew.
